At any time you feel an urgent need for help you can reach out to my office. We may not always be available, but this is the first step. If we are not available I want you to call 988 if you are feeling suicidal or out of control of your emotions. If you were not able to have your crisis resolved after this step please go to the nearest emergency department for help.
We take all Kentucky Medicaid and several private insurers including BCBS, Aetna, Humana, and Tri care. The best way to verify this is to contact our office as we plan to increase different insurers as the market changes. Cash payments are accepted as well, we do not take credit cards/debit cards.

I do not typically refill high risk medications without an appointment. These are medications that are addictive as well as those that may have permanent side effects or cause bodily damage if not continuously monitored. Other medications may be refilled on a case by case basis.
Yes, but telehealth is not available for your initial visit. Also, telehealth visits require you to have a functioning video feed. I must be able to see you, this is part of our assessment in the mental health field. Telephone-only telehealth calls are not permitted.
My current education and credentials do not allow me to call myself a therapist. Luckily I know a few good therapists and partner with Second Mile Behavioral Health, who offers therapy services.
In the future this will change as we bring more specialists into the practice.
